MERGe Inc. provides professional building envelope, sealant, caulking, and cleaning services. All services are subject to availability, schedule, and agreement in writing between MERGe Inc. and the client.
2. Quotes and Payments
Quotes are provided based on information supplied by the client and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payments may be required in full or as a deposit prior to commencing work. Receipts are issued for all transactions. Failure to make payment on time may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Deposits are non-refundable once scheduling or material ordering has begun. Cancellations must be made in writing. If work has already commenced, the client is responsible for any costs incurred.
4. Limitation of Liability
MERGe Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, project delays, or third-party factors beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are property of MERGe Inc. and may not be reproduced without written consent.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

SERVICE DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
MERGe Inc. does not ship physical goods. This policy applies to service-based payments, deposits, and project scheduling through our website or by direct agreement.

Deposits may be required to confirm service dates and material procurement.
Payment terms are clearly outlined in each client agreement or quote.
2. Service Cancellations
Clients must provide written notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If work or material ordering has begun, partial costs will apply.
3. Refunds
Refunds are subject to review. Deposits are non-refundable once work is scheduled or materials ordered. MERGe Inc. will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring site accessibility, readiness, and safety for our crew. Delays caused by inaccessible sites may result in additional charges.
